By using Classy Travel’s website or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or inquiry.
Classy Travel provides Umrah packages, Hajj packages, Islamic tours, and visa assistance services for Canadian residents travelling to Saudi Arabia and other Islamic destinations. All services are subject to availability and applicable Saudi and Canadian regulations.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed booking form and the required deposit. Full payment terms, deposit amounts, and final payment deadlines will be specified in your booking confirmation. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and deposit received.
Cancellation policies vary by package type and timing. Hajj packages are generally non-refundable due to quota and permit costs. Umrah package cancellation terms will be detailed in your booking agreement. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Classy Travel assists with Saudi visa applications but cannot guarantee visa approval, as this decision rests solely with Saudi authorities. You are responsible for ensuring your passport and personal documents meet all requirements. We are not liable for denied visa applications.
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and travel delays. Classy Travel is not responsible for costs arising from unforeseen circumstances including illness, flight cancellations, or force majeure events.
Classy Travel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of these third-party providers. Our liability is limited to the value of the services we directly provide.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
